I am seeking a substitute secretary for the next GSW meeting on April 3rd. There is a concurrent event at NMNH that I need to be present for, and I would be grateful if another council member could handle the secretary duties that evening. The job is fairly straightforward, and I will provide a "Minutes" template and instructions for the sub if needed. Thanks in advance for your help!
