The American Museum of Natural History has a job opening. We are hiring
a Curatorial Associate.
We are looking for a person with a completed PhD or who is currently a
PhD candidate in geosciences to oversee our large collection of minerals
and rocks (~200,000 specimens).
Key responsibilities include managing collection operations;
collaborating with curators to develop short- and long-term objectives;
overseeing collection digitisation and loan activities; supervising
departmental museum specialists; and training staff, volunteers, and others.

The expected salary range for the Curatorial Associate is $93,000/annual
– $98,000/annual.
