You will have to sign in when you enter. The building is easily accessible by subway; it is one block north of the 12th and G Street exit of the Metro Center subway stop. If the GSA/IRIS conference room is not available for the GSW meeting, she may be able to recommend an nearby venue. I can reserve a meeting room at the Geophysical Lab, but our campus is not near the Cosmos Club or a metro line. The Carnegie Headquarters building is at 16th and P Streets, NW (near Dupont Circle), but there may be a fee to use the facility, especially if the meeting extends beyond their normal business hours.
