Hello PIGs: This note is mainly intended for new subscribers. The PIG email address is managed by the Mineralogical Society of America. They have authorized me to use it, but my email goes out only after it has been vetted by the MSA’s Business Office. List members cannot post directly to the PIG site, nor does email sent on that address go to the PIG membership. Any mail sent to the PIG site using the email list address will come to me. The PIG website is a bulletin board, not a chat room. As a bulletin board, the site only works and stays current if subscribers submit content.
