Dear all, The DMG Shortcourse / MSA Workshop on /Application of Diffusion studies to the determination of timescales in Geochemistry and Petrology/, that was scheduled for Oct 2020 and was postponed because of the pandemic, has now been re-scheduled as an online course to be held between *April 19 – 23, 2021*. To accommodate as wide a range of global audience as possible, the course will be held between *15:00 – 21:00 hrs. CET* each day, with breaks in between. The online course will be a compact version covering the basic aspects from the in-person course, but the feature of hands-on training on modelling will be retained. The course has a limit of 40 participants. There is no registration fee, but registration is required for access. Participants can register by sending an email to: Ralf.Dohmen@rub.de <mailto:Ralf.Dohmen@rub.de> by *April 9. 2021* with a brief couple of lines explaining their status, affiliation, and the reason for interest in the course. Registration will be closed if the maximum number of participants is reached sooner, and preference will be given to student members of DMG and MSA.
