Dear Members, I am very sad to report that Robert N. Clayton passed away on Dec. 30th. Bob was awarded the Leonard Medal in 1982. He had a major influence on the Meteoritics and Planetary Science community. An obituary for Bob is attached. This will also be posted in the *In Memoriam* section of The Society website.
