I am pleased to announce that registrations are still open for the
Intensive Course on Meteoritics Science: from A to Z – Season 4, organized
by the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (CCELL) of the
Agricultural University of Athens.
The course is delivered entirely online in English, combines asynchronous
learning with weekly live Q&A sessions, lasts 8 weeks (50 hours, 2 ECTS),
and awards an official Certificate of Education upon successful completion.
Designed for students, researchers, collectors, and space science
enthusiasts, the programme covers:
- Meteorite identification and classification
- Mineralogy, petrology, and geochemistry of meteorites
- Shock metamorphism and impact processes
- Laboratory characterization techniques
- Solar System formation and evolution through meteoritics
The course begins in July 2026.
