Hello Mineralogical Hive Mind,
We are looking for a graphite standard for d13C measurements. Are they any suggestions/sources you would recommend?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Emily,
IAEA has a graphite standard “USGS24 /NIST name: RM 8541). For SIMS analysis we prepared our own natural graphite in a quartzite as standard (See DOI 10.1007/s00410-011-0626-3), which I can share (as far as the sample stock allows). Let me know if you need some grains.
Best wishes
Satish
