I am advertising a 3-year postdoctoral position in high-pressure mineral
physics research, the application deadline is October 19th (noon!).
The postdoc will work on measuring physical properties of lower mantle
minerals across phase transitions usingsynchrotron XRD in heated
(dynamic) diamond-anvil cells (dDACs), as well as laboratory Brillouin
Spectroscopy using the VIPA Brillouin system at Oxford.
