Alexander Speer Outreach Fund At its recent virtual Spring Meeting, the MSA Council voted unanimously to rename the MSA Outreach Fund the J. Alexander Speer Outreach Fund to honor the organization’s Executive Director of 25 years. Donations to this fund support the MSA Distinguished Lecturer Program, other outreach activities, and the education portions of the MSA website.
