Attached are the minutes of the April 2016 meeting as accepted, if
anyone cares to keep their own archive. As an experiment, I've
attached the officer/committee reports to the PDF.

Thank you so much for doing this.  It's the first time in my memory that a
council secretary has sent out the revised minutes to all council members or
attached the reports submitted to the council.  I've been wanting this to
happen every since I became treasurer a decade ago.
