Dear Colleagues,
We would like to call your attention to Session T13 "Reconstructing
Environmental Change from Marine, Lacustrine, and Terrestrial Sedimentary
Records" taking place at the March 2025 Joint Northeastern / North-Central
GSA meeting in Erie, PA
https://www.geosociety.org/GSA/Events/Section_Meetings/GSA/Sections/ne/2025mtg/home.aspx?hkey=88411fd7-3278-41be-aa78-f451032e17f3
.
Session Description: Sedimentary archives from the ocean, modern and
ancient lakes, glacial deposits, and soil sequences allow for
reconstructions of natural and anthropogenic processes and environmental
impacts and inform climate models. We invite contributions that address
Earth systems science and history, proxy and chronology development, and
modeling results based on sedimentary archives.
Abstracts are due by December 17, 2024.
Please consider submitting an abstract to this session.
