V023—Subduction-zone rocks and processes: from the trench to the subarc.

Invited speakers:

Suzanne Baldwin (Syracuse University)

Andrew Gase (Western Washington University)

Session description:

In this session, we welcome submissions that use techniques including but not limited to petrology, structural geology, geochronology, geochemistry, geodynamics, and geophysics to understand the formation of subduction-zone rocks and processes. We invite studies that focus on observations from the igneous and metamorphic rock record as well as experimental and modeling approaches.
