AK

Mon, Jan 27, 2025 8:41 PM

Organized by the MSA Communications Committee, this new campaign will
feature posts on minerals, petrology, careers paths in mineralogy, and
more.  Posting will be on Mondays, every 2-3 weeks.  Thank you to those
people who have already contributed!

Check these posts out on Facebook and other social media platforms:

Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064525667186

Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/minsocam/

Linked in: Search for Mineralogical Society of America

X/Twitter:  https://x.com/MinSocAm

You can contribute too.  You may feature your research, a favorite mineral,
a student project, a recent publication, a career option in mineralogy,
etc.  Submit a photo too!  The committee will lightly edit your post, add
appropriate #hashtags, and line it up for publishing.

If you wish, you may submit your posts (about 300 words long and images) to
our google form at:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSchicZymxWJmmBE5aaQHEHE3VV1N3oqzl2jqtVY1q4saoCdQA/viewform

In Fall 2025, we will look at which post has been the most popular and will
reward its author with a free RIMG volume of their choice!

Andrea Koziol

MSA Social Media Liaison and Chair of the MSA Communications Committee
