Colleagues,
Those who also work in geoscience education should consider submitting an abstract for our session at the 2026 GSA in Denver:
Diversifying Geoscience Education Across the Academic Playing Field: Using Creative Methods to Foster the Current and Next Generations of Geoscience Professionals

Description: A wide range of geoscience educators across several disciplines will share a multitude of diverse and innovative ideas regarding lesson plans, projects, and pedagogical techniques best suited for today’s ever-changing classrooms.

We are particularly looking for studies involving K-12, 2-year, and 4-year geoscience faculty and students.

Abstracts are due August 6.
