Tenure track positions in Geology and Geoscience Education at GVSU

The Geology Department at Grand Valley State University is seeking faculty to fill two different tenure-track positions to start in Fall 2025. One of the positions is open rank, seeking someone with an active research program in disciplines of solid earth geoscience and high temperature geochemistry, including mineralogy, petrology, and/or economic geology. The second position in Geoscience Education is at the assistant professor rank with teaching responsibilities including undergraduate Integrated Science courses for preservice teachers in the PCKET program and Integrated Science program and Geology courses for majors and non-majors.
