Dear colleagues and friends,

The Canadian Mineralogist will be publishing a thematic issue in honour of Dr. Ana Neiva, a known researcher for her work on granitic pegmatites. We will be accepting manuscripts from PEG2019, the 9th International Symposium on Granite pegmatites, as well as all other pegmatite-related topics.

Please have your submissions ready by December 31st, 2019. Guest Editors for this thematic issue are Dr. Encarnacion Roda-Robles from the University of Pais Vasco, Spain; Dr. Mercedes Fuertes-Fuente from University of Oviedo, Spain; and Dr. Tania Martins of the Manitoba Geological Survey, Canada.

Feel free to pass this message along to any colleagues you might think are interested.

How to Submit a Manuscript to the Ana Neiva Pegmatite Thematic Issue

  1. Go to http://www.edmgr.com/canmin/
  2. If you already have an account, enter your username and password and login using the "Author Login" button.
  3. If you don't have an account, click on "Register Now" and create one. Check your e-mail for your username and password and login using that information.
  4. Click on "Submit New Manuscript".
  5. When prompted to choose an article type, select "Ana Neiva Pegmatite Thematic Issue".
  6. Once your submission has been received by the Editorial Office, it will move into the "Submissions Being Processed" section of your Editorial Manager home page. You can check it's there.

If you have any difficulties at all, please don't hesitate to contact Managing Editor Mackenzie Parker (canmin@alumni.ubc.ca) at any time with questions or a request for assistance. If desired, she can log in on your behalf (properly documented) and handle the submission process for you.
