Meeting Basics
The Clay Mineral Society is an international organization devoted to the study of clays and clay minerals. CMS hosts annual meetings bringing clay scientist across a multitude of disciplines together to exchange research findings and build a collaborative atmosphere.
The Annual Meeting will be held from May 20-25, 2023, in Austin, Texas and is hosted at the University of Texas-Austin, J.J. Pickle Research Campus.
Short-Course: Chlorite geology and mineralogy with core viewing.
Field Trip: Clay mineralogy and geology of caves in the Edwards Limestone.
