We are recruiting a post-doc to conduct original research on the
interactions of minerals and organic matter in aquatic systems. The
research will focus on synchrotron X-ray spectromicroscopy and
complementary approaches. The person hired will join a collaborative team
of technical experts and contribute to design and early scientific
commissioning of future X-ray spectromicroscopy instruments. Building new
scientific collaborations with Earth and environmental science synchrotron
users and contributing to workshops and related online training resources
will also be priorities for the person in this position.
