Dear MSA Colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying summer.

As we approach the July 4th holiday weekend here in the States, I thought I
would take this opportunity to encourage you to take a peek at 'Every Rock
Has A Story https://www.youtube.com/@EveryRockHasAStory' if you havent
had the time yet.  Now 82 episodes strong, each season has been better than
the last... including Season Four which garnered our second
consecutive Regional EMMY Award Nomination for children's programming.  You
can find all the episodes of Season Four HERE.

Maybe you'll discover some new ways that rocks and earth materials reveal
stories about the Earth, about life, and about us.

Thanks again to all the co-hosts from Season Four - Anjana Khatwa, Cameron
Muskelly, Jessie Maisano, Steph Walker, Hanna Brooks, Nicole Fernandez,
Praveen Kumar, Ali Salifu, and Kathryn Goodenough.

And, thanks to the amazing kids who wondered about these rocks with us in
every episode - Lydia, Mavi, Eric, Caiden, Tate, Augusta, Hatem & Emmanuel,
and Samantha.

Plans are developing for the future of Every Rock Has A Story.  In the
meantime, I will be polishing some of the presentation and packaging of the
episodes to make them as useful as possible for the K-6 educational
community.  And they are great for older students as well... just tell em
up front that these were created for children.  They will drop their
defenses and might just learn something along the way.  I hope these
episodes continue to help diversify and inspire the next generation of
geoscientists through the remarkable, relevant, and engaging stories of the
Earth.

Best Regards,
Ethan
