Hello GSW Council and other important people, We need to schedule our fall Council meeting. I have taken a look at the available dates and I don't find that it's going to work to have the meeting prior to a regular GSW meeting. The finance committee is meeting on October 4, October 25 I'll be headed back from GSA in Seattle, and we need to have things sorted out prior to 'the last meeting before the Annual Meeting' (Nov. 8) so we can announce the slate of candidates for official positions. So: we will need to meet some other time besides a GSW Wednesday. I've drawn up a list of possibilities at this Doodle poll: Please indicate which of them might work for you, assuming that the location will be somewhere in the city, likely at the AAAS building where we met last spring. Let's also assume a mid-afternoon start time.
