Bests, Francesco Giuntoli *OPEN CALL for a fully funded three year PhD position in the group of structural geology at the University of Bologna, Italy* Dear colleagues, I would like to alert a PhD position that is NOW OPEN in the group of structural geology at the University of Bologna, Italy. The project will focus on the topic of fluid-deformation interactions in subduction zones and their feedback with seismicity. The project will involve fieldwork in different orogens and the multiscale study of rock samples subducted to different pressure and temperature conditions, with the aim of identifying and characterizing the main fluid percolation structures. Afterward, the deformation mechanisms responsible for the development of these structures will be characterized.
