GSA Joint Northeastern/Southeastern Section Meeting
MSA will have a highly interactive booth at the GSA Joint NE/SE Section Meetinghttps://www.geosociety.org/GSA/Events/Section_Meetings/GSA/Sections/se/2020mtg/home.aspx, March 20-22, 2020, Reston, VA. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Reston. In addition to our many publications and membership information, MSA’s exhibit will include these educational displays: Mineralogy, Geochemistry, Petrology, and Volcanology Through Time; The Many Forms of Coal; Quartz Oscillator Plates; Epitaxy; and Kimberlites.

Lithosphere
MSA is one of the participating partners in the new, fully open access, geoscience community journal Lithosphere. Lithosphere, a former Geological Society of America (GSA) open access journal, is now being published by GeoScienceWorld with a wider scope. The journal’s articles will include research in the Earth sciences, planetary, and environmental sciences. In addition to MSA and GSA, Lithosphere partner societies include the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, SEPM Society for Sedimentary Geology, the Geological Society of London, Society of Economic Geologists, and Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
