The GSW council meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, 3-5 pm, room 210
of the Keck center, 500 5th St. NW, Washington, DC.
Please arrive promptly (or early-- you can peruse the NAS bookstore).  I
scheduled the meeting to start at 3 because  I noticed that people tended
to come late to the 2 pm meetings.

Dear all,

I look forward to welcoming you to the NAS' Keck Center. For those of you who never attended a meeting here, please take a look at the instructions below.

You can reach us using Metro: Red line at Judiciary Square (1 block away), or Yellow/Green at Gallery Place (2.5 blocks away). When you come through the front door you will be directed to the guard's desk.

Also, you can drive and park for free in the garage on 6th between E and F. The entrance is marked "Private Entrance" in big silver letters in the middle of the block (the entrance will be on the right as you go North on 6th). I have to warn you that there is a big horse show around Capital One Arena, so traffic is tangled up and the only entrance to the garage is coming from the Mall. You will need to "convince" the cops that you are coming to a meeting at the NAS... After you get into the garage (you will be asked about the purpose of your visit, say that you are meeting with me), park on the 1st level and come up the visitors' entrance and go to the guard's desk: there is a list of all attendees and the guard will check you in.
